This is not a school fundraiser, just a convenience to help save time. These supply lists are items each grade will need for next year and it is packaged in one convenient memory box for you to store your child’s school work. Online ordering will end on May 26th. Don’t miss out so order today!
- Go to Schooltoolbox.com, click register and enter your information, then add your child, enter Alpharetta Elementaryand select the grade your child will enter in the fall (you can enter all your children that need boxes at this point), lastly check out
- If you are a returning customer make sure to update your child's grade to reflect their grade in the fall
- Your order will be delivered to the school and will be waiting for your student to pick up at open house
- Prices reflect our negotiated rates with School Tool Box; however, if you miss this purchasing window (March 13 - May 26) you may still order online and the supplies will be delivered to your house without the souvenir box and at a higher cost.

Spirit Wear Contest Winners
Every Friday is Spirit Day at AES, and each month the PTO hold surprise contests with prizes for the class who is wearing the most spirit wear. The winner of the December Spirit Wear Contest was Ms. Ortiz's class! There class won bubbles and a variety of fun items to play with at recess.
The winners of the January Spirit Wear Contest were Ms. Keys, Ms. Turner and Ms. Cox – a three way tie!! Way to go! These classes will be entered into a drawing to win the honor of carrying the AES Spirit Banner and have a balloon toss on Field Day in May! Students should wear their AES Spirit Wear OR any red shirt every Friday to show Eagle Pride and help their class win the next contest!
If you have questions about spirit wear please contact Alison Crain at email@example.com.
Join the PTO!
By joining the PTO as a family member, staff or community partner and making a donation, you help us meet our school's needs that are outside the scope of the budget.
The AES PTO is proud to have been able to:
Resurface Basket Ball Courts - Purchase Classroom Computers - Provide Extra Grants & Supplies to Teachers - Purchase Classroom Libraries - Provide Lunch & Treats for Staff
We also make a difference by purchasing food for students who would otherwise not have enough to eat during the holiday breaks, buying school supplies, and paying for field trips. Our students love the book fair, so we make sure to purchase books for those students who normally would not be able to.
These are just a few examples of the many things PTO is able to do with your help!
Contributing to the PTO truly makes a difference and puts a smile on children's faces!
When you go a step further and volunteer to help with events—or join our board— you set a fine example for our students to follow, and greatly encourage our teachers and staff.
If you have questions about becoming a member of the PTO, please contact Alison Crain at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED IN VOLUNTEERING FOR EVENTS?
The PTO strives to support the students, parents and education at Alpharetta Elementary School by promoting a sense of community through fundraisers, events and give-back programs.
Click on each event to find out more.
All of these activities add in a positive way to the AES experience for all of us. The PTO plans, organizes, staffs and operate dozens of activities each year. It takes the continued commitment of a lot of people to make all of the activities a reality.
Please consider volunteering to help with one or two of the activities listed below. By volunteering you will be helping the PTO, the school, your child and yourself. None of the activities gets done without PTO volunteers like you. Each activity requires a team effort for success and anytime you can give is great!
Please contact Stephanie Scher at email@example.com to volunteer.
To keep up with the AES calendar on your phone, download the Membership Toolkit app!
This website is the primary source of communication with the school community, and we hope you take full advantage of our website and create an account.
If you already have a Membership Toolkit account with another organization, you can use the same log-in here. If you have any questions about your account with Membership Toolkit please contact Erin Hannaford at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Volunteering with our PTO is one of the best ways that parents can support the students and staff at our school. Thanks for volunteering!
Please make sure to have registered with Fulton County as a volunteer. Click here to access this.
